Kiefer Sutherland, veteran star of Lost Boys, Stand By Me, the iconic 24, and Designated Survivor, finally gets to take his turn on the stage as the one creating the characters – as he performs his own songs.

Sutherland’s storytelling brand of outlaw-influenced country is gritty and powerful with its lived-in lyrics and guitar driven sound. His whiskey-soaked voice brings raw emotion to songs including “Can’t Stay Away,” “I’ll Do Anything,” and “Truth in Your Eyes.” He pays homage to other storyteller songwriters with Tom Petty’s “Honeybee” and fellow Candian Gordon Lightfoot’s “Sundown.”

In The Kate, Kiefer talks about his dad Donald Sutherland, the risks of finally honoring his musical passion and the common threads he shares with his music audiences.
