Delbert McClinton and his band, Self-Made Men + Dana, help us kick off a new season of THE KATE on Tuesday, August 20th at the Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center in Old Saybrook, CT. Fresh off his 26th studio album, Tall, Dark, & Handsome (July 26th), Delbert brings his rough-edged, jazz, blues, and big band inspired brand of Americana to THE KATE!

I watched this show when first aired. It was probably the best, tightest, totally entertaining show he and the band performed over the years, Always disappointed it was pulled from the pbs library.
